J. Matthew Sherwood

Dr. J. Matthew Sherwood completed veterinary school at Kansas State University, a surgery internship at the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center and a surgical residency at Kansas State University. He achieved ACVS board certification in 2016.

His clinical interests include orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, particularly the care of canine athletes. His work encompasses internal and external fracture fixation, cranial cruciate ligament disease and tibial plateau leveling osteotomy. He contributes to veterinary publications, lectures and teaches, and serves as a Veterinary Information Network consultant.
